Is REVIT Only BIM Software? Is BIM All About REVIT ?




 No, Revit is not the only Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, but it is one of the most popular and widely used ones. BIM is a methodology that involves creating and using intelligent 3D models to inform and communicate project decisions. While Revit is a powerful BIM tool developed by Autodesk, there are other BIM software options available in the market.

Some other notable BIM software includes:

  Most people perceive BIM as a software or 3D modelling. If there is a discussion about BIM, most probable question is “what BIM software you know?”. And question is, “To buy, learn and implement the software, it costs so much, so why should we do that when work is being completed in normal way?”   At this exact situation, I make them to sit down and will start explaining as below.
